PT Lentera Abadi Solusinet provides internet services and other supporting services to customers in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

• Customers are required to read all terms before using the services.
• Using the services means the customer agrees to the entire contents of this document.
• The Company reserves the right to update these terms whenever necessary.

• Complete the registration form with accurate information.
• Provide a valid identification document if requested.
• Agree to a site survey before installation.
• Agree to installation fees and subscription charges according to the selected package.

Customers Have the Right To

• Receive services according to the selected package.
• Receive technical assistance from Customer Support.
• Receive information regarding service interruptions and scheduled maintenance.

Customers Are Obligated To

• Pay subscription bills on time.
• Take good care of the equipment installed by the Company.
• Not misuse the services for illegal activities.
• Provide access to Company technicians whenever required for maintenance or repair.

• Invoices must be paid before the due date.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension or restriction of the services.
• Payments that have already been made are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Company.
• Any price adjustments will be communicated to customers before taking effect.

• The Company strives to maintain service availability 24 hours a day.
• Periodic network maintenance may be carried out to improve service quality.
• If scheduled maintenance is required, the Company will notify customers through its official communication channels.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond the Company's control shall not be considered negligence by the Company.

• Using the services for any unlawful activities.
• Distributing malware, viruses, spam, or engaging in cyber activities that may harm others.
• Abusing bandwidth in a manner that negatively affects the quality of service for other customers.
• Reselling the services without prior written approval from the Company.

PT Lentera Abadi Solusinet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with service developments, regulatory requirements, or operational needs.

Any changes will be announced through the Company's official website or communication channels.

• Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation.
• If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

By using the services of PT Lentera Abadi Solusinet, customers acknowledge that they have understood and agreed to all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.

This document becomes effective from the date of issuance and forms an integral part of the Company's service agreement.
